Automotive Technician / Mechanic - Now Hiring

2520 Burlington St, Kansas City, MO 64116 | Full-Time, In-Store | Commission-based + weekly draw

We're looking for a hands-on technician who can handle everything from oil changes to full diagnostics on our used-vehicle inventory and customer service work. If you know your way around a lift and take pride in doing the job right the first time, we want to talk to you.

What you'll do:

  • Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on customer and inventory vehicles
  • Inspect and recondition used vehicles before they hit the lot
  • Communicate clearly with the service team on repair status and parts needs
  • Keep your bay organized and safe

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in automotive repair/diagnostics (ASE certification a plus, not required)
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Own basic tools
  • Reliable, honest, works well with a small team

Car Sales Associate - Now Hiring

 We're a no-pressure dealership - that means our sales team sells the same way. If you're competitive, personable, and want to build a career instead of just working a shift, this is a great seat.

What you'll do:

  • Greet and guide customers through vehicle selection, test drives, and financing
  • Manage phone and online leads
  • Build long-term customer relationships and repeat/referral business
  • Represent the TNS Autosports brand in-store and on social

What we're looking for:

  • Sales experience preferred (automotive a plus, not required)
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Strong communicator, self-motivated, coachable
  • Comfortable with basic CRM/computer use
